Have you had any crucial conversations lately?
Crucial conversations are discussions between two or more people where stakes are high, opinions vary and emotions run strong, and it’s not always easy to handle them well – especially when they’re not in our native language.
In the first of a series of workshops that will run throughout the year, speaker Soledad Ibieta will introduce us to some important concepts that can help us keep cool, calm and collected while tackling these crucial conversations. Using techniques from Crucial Conversations: tools for talking when stakes are high, we’ll learn about and practice some tangible techniques that we can take away with us to use in our own lives.
Don’t miss the chance to take part in this fantastic workshop! Sign up now to take advantage of this workshop and the series throughout the year!
